Tirana Boulevard and River Regeneration

Northward extension of the Tirana Boulevard (1,600 m long, 70 m wide) with vehicle lanes, tram lanes, a cycle path and a pedestrian promenade, plus a large underground car park. In parallel, regeneration of the Tirana river area with bank remediation and tree planting, for an overall intervention 7 km long and 150 m wide, creating a large urban river park.
