Management plan for the Church of the Nativity, a UNESCO site since 2012, developed with the Church's Presidency Committee and the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The plan addresses risk assessment, fire system upgrades, evacuation planning and measures to mitigate the impact of visitor flows and environmental factors.
