New Correctional Facility of San Vito al Tagliamento

The project stems from a thorough analysis of Italian prison architecture, with A+ energy certification for new construction and class B retrofit for existing buildings. Developed according to passive design principles, it reduces energy and water demand by about 66%, with an estimated saving of €261,000/year in facility management.
