The new hotel plays a key role within the urban redevelopment project known as "Parco della Musica" (Music Park), a large landscaped area that includes not only the T-Hotel, but also the Lyric Theatre and an outdoor arena. The development was conceived to promote tourism and enhance the cultural offering of the city of Cagliari.
The hotel complex features a 64-metre-high tower housing the suites, which has become one of the city's most distinctive landmarks. The tower is complemented by three interconnected wings forming a triangular building that encloses a covered public square, defined by a continuous glazed façade.
The hotel, classified as a Superior Four-Star Hotel, offers 207 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bistro, a bar, a lounge, retail spaces, a conference centre with seven meeting rooms, extensive wellness facilities including a spa, beauty centre, fitness centre and swimming pools, as well as a winter garden, underground parking and additional parking facilities.
